Please fix above errors. 
Best customer service ever..
Like anything else sometimes there are defects that go undetected during manufacturing. Followed all thr trouble shooting instructions, happened to be a bad power chord kit. Recieved a new a few days later, rope light works great! Had to replace the rope light after 10 years of service.
